Daily Duties at Vesta Pharmaceuticls:
Timely completion and accuracy of all documentation to assure compliance with Federal, State, and Local agencies in regards to cGMP, FDA, EPA and OSHA requirements. Provided day-to-day leadership to drive continuous improvements in areas of productivity, safety, quality, schedule attainment, inventory control, maintenance, material waste, and customer satisfaction. Coordinated the scheduling of materials, manufacturing and production personnel for all projects. Teamed with sales, technical manager, and quality manager to assure successful on-board transition of all new customers. Researched and proposed plans for the procurement of more efficient equipment for the manufacturing of capsules. Management off-site warehouse, receiving, shipping and fulfillment areas. Created labor and production standards for the became to basis of a pricing and billing schedule.
