Consulting practice started by representing vendors and recommending sales program improvements as well as assist with headquarter calls. Expanded consulting practice to include international retail, specializing in the China market. -develop and deliver training seminars in China featuring various retail practices like category management, strategic pricing, promotional management, space management, efficient store operations, margin management, etc. -develop and deliver training seminars for vendors regarding how to improve their business relationships with retailers. The focus is on understanding how a retailer thinks, how they make decisions, and the need to understand the retailer's business models in order to maximize their performance. -advise and ultimately partner with, import companies focused on bringing US goods into China.
