Update accruals and balance sheet monthly Prepare monthly account reconciliation Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with the company’s finance policies and procedures using Microsoft Dynamics and Everest. Schedule wire payments to suppliers internationally to ensure products as being manufactured accordingly. Create and manage vendor accounts, process all check disbursements, 1099 and tax related matters. File, submit, and maintain all business licenses, contractor licenses, and Certificate of Insurance. Review construction projects and process monthly contract for billing. Process all subcontractor administration including payments and lien releases. Calculate figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Ensure timely and accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of the general ledger for each entity. Supervise employee credit card applications and charges. Reconcile bank records, American Express, and company card transactions.
