Daily Duties at Safeway:
Managed total store operations of a multi-million dollar a year location. Coached and developed a crew of 85 plus employees. Responsible for total store operations that involved upholding policies and procedures according to company, federal, state, and local union requirements, driving store sales and profits by controlling expenses through Loss Prevention, inventory control, cash handling, equipment and building maintenance, schedule writing, payroll submission, sales forecasting, Weekly AD execution, Superior Customer Service results, store standards, and employee development.
