Negotiated successfully and won many consulting projects’ business from various client companies  Managed software consulting projects for various international client companies including Lucent Technologies, Avaya Inc., RACAL Instruments and LVL7 Systems  Implemented and managed Unified software product process in project teams. Implemented some of the Agile principles in software release cycles to get client feedback and scheduled client payments to increase cash-flow.  Managed the software project team in design, development, testing and integration of four groups (Statistics, History, Alarm and Event) of RMON for LVL 7 Systems, Cary, NC.  Managed a software project team of 28 engineers to design, develop and implement C-AIME TIA-95 Protocol Test System in VC++(5.0) & VB Scripts under Windows for RACAL Instruments, UK.  Led a team to design, develop, test and integrate PSTN Controller subsystem for the VoIP software gateway in C/C++ under SunOS SparcUltra 5.6 for Dynamic Soft, NJ.  Designed, developed and tested DPNSS stock and firmware for the quad E1/T1 for the JANUS project in C/C++ under SCO UNIX (Unix Ware 7.1) for Lucent, Milpitas, CA  Designed, developed, tested and integrated SBI device driver and Control Block message handler for the multi-span digital trunk card (SuperTIC) using C under Lynx OS Ver 3.0.1 for Lucent, Milpitas, CA
