Daily Duties at Silverbird Entertainment Center Group:

System Administrator. March 2008 to September 2011. @ Silverbird Group Responsibilities:  Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support, answering support queries via phone & email. Remote administration and management of customer premises equipment.  Recording and actioning faults as reported on: PC’s, servers, laptops and mobile.  Determining the nature of faults and the steps required to rectify it. Creating and maintaining email profiles for users.  Closing the job when normal service is resumed.  Writing progress and statistical reports for supervisors and managers.  Using remote control software tools to provide fault resolution and diagnosis.  Document and maintain Help Desk policies and procedures.  The update and maintenance of the IT service desk authorised users database. Train and supervise other support engineering staff.  Track, monitor and report on all Help Desk incidents within defined customer service levels.  Administering and updating content on all Silverbird group websites. (www.silverbirdcinemas.com, www.silverbirdgroup.com) IT Support / Network Solutions System Admin. 2003 to 2005. @ LASU EPE Faculty of Engineering  Assisted in the design and construction of websites  Installing, Repairs, Maintenance, Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software  Network (LAN, WAN) installations  Application Support (ticketing).  Controls, through outsourcing relationships, all ICT operations to ensure delivery on time and within budget of all business related ICT systems and services to agreed performance and Quality standards  Maintenance and troubleshooting Local Area Network (LAN).  Organized and implemented training course for new staff
