Daily Duties at Villanova University:

Communicates public safety directives to subordinates ensuring policy and operations are carried out in accordance with department regulations and instructions. Assures officers are prepared for duty and recommend disciplinary action as required. Also chair the department's Quality Improvement and Employee Safety Teams. Credited with creating innovative community-based safety standards and policies that were benchmarked and are currently still in use today. Held positions as Communications Officer, Field Training Officer, and Corporal while employed with Villanova University.
