Daily Duties at The Barnes Foundation:
Created and oversaw the entire Security Operation for the museum. Protected well over 20 billion dollars of assets. Assured the safety of all guests and objects within the collection. Managed the Emergency Operations Team. Created manuals, policies and procedures that are still in existence today. Conducted safety and security training with all museum staff. Managed a department of approximately 50 contract security officers with a contract Account Manager and proprietary Assistant Director reporting directly to me. Managed an annual budget of 1.8 million dollars. Moved a priceless collection of artwork and objects across 10 miles from its former home to its new home. Created travel routes and emergency contingency plans. Provided executive protection for various VIP guests to include the King of Switzerland, the last 3 Governors of Pennsylvania, the Mayor of Philadelphia, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and countless entertainment figures to name a few.
