Optimising process parameters for productivity and product quality 4. Handling fermenters at 1 L and 10 L scale 5. Scale-up and Scale- down studies at Upstream stage 6. Technology transfer of the optimised process to the commercial scale 7. Data trending 8. Technical support to manufacturing 9. Method development for Enzymatic assays 10.Scientific document preparation and review 11.Instrumentation ( UV spectrophotometer, Mass flow control systems, HPLC, GC, Ion-exchange chromatography, Skalar) Secondary Roles including 1. Primary Downstream process: Micro- and Ultra-filtration process 2. Scale-up and Scale down studies 3. Partial purification of Recombinant proteins Additionally, Mentored Masters level students for related research projects
