Worked closely with Marketing, providing feedback regarding the layout of different mailers, while reporting on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns • Quality mentor for both new hires and current Customer Care representatives • Created agendas and led team meetings • Led new hire class in CMO transition, trained them on billing systems, outbound dialing, and call quality standards. • Researched customer inquiries regarding sales contract disputes and provided resolution.
