Daily Duties at Cardinal Health:

Managed a team of 10 Records Management & Fulfillment HR Coordinators • Launched the Records Management & Fulfillment Department for the new HR Service Center by testing the systems, training my employees, and developing the infrastructure • Improved workflow productivity by identifying system defects and developing enhancements for the scanning system, and the electronic employee file system. • Participated in a LSS Kaizen team to improve processing times for off-cycle payment requests, saving the company $41,835 a year. • Developed and monitored employee file and team quality audits, monthly scorecards, and document retention schedules to uphold internal controls and data privacy • Trained my employees to properly scan, index, and classify HR documents in order to properly maintain the entire company’s employee records. • Led the project to create the online 2011 Employee File Training for all managers and HR business partners by writing the content through collaboration with HR business leaders and training consultants. • Created an effective indexing and archival system to securely organize the entire HR Service Center’s fax and email fulfillment requests to improve overall efficiencies.
