Daily Duties at Cardinal Health:

Managed a team of 10 Pricing Services Lead Coordinators • Improved cycle time for Pricing Inquiry Resolution by establishing an effective strategy to elicit a faster response time from suppliers for pricing and membership information. • Analyzed current and historical work volume and capacity data to provide guidance. • Gathered data and led a focus group in creating a new productivity metric which better aligned with Service Level goals, and was more efficient to manage. • Served as Site Champion for the successful launch of the Kronos time reporting system and the new departmental attendance policy, ensuring everyone was prepared. • Created job requisitions for open positions, interviewed candidates, and on-boarded. • Handled escalated customer issues involving pharmaceutical contract pricing issues. • Implemented workflow changes for my processing team, which improved cycle time from 2-3 days to same day resolution.
