Managed a team of 11 Sales & Retention Specialists • Sent out daily outbound dialer campaign plan, partnering with workforce to identify proper labor allocation in order to effectively handle inbound and outbound call volume. • Trained team on new outbound marketing campaign protocols and develop scripting. • Coached team members to improve customer connection, negotiation skills, and call flow, through side by side coaching and recorded call monitoring. • Involved in the recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding process. • Received exceptional results on my annual employee engagement survey. • Created and implement new job aids, coaching forms, and departmental process improvements to help enhance the overall employee and customer experiences. • Established additional credibility and respect from my team by taking customer calls alongside them.
