Daily Duties at Korn Ferry:
• Was the Project Coordinator to the Vice Chairman of Board and CEO Services, the Senior Client Partner of Human Resources and the Principle of Retail • Consulted with clients on the future of different market segments to assist in attracting the right talent, enhancing teamwork and activate company strategies resulting in positive outcomes for clients and shareholders • Worked in two key segment areas: o Global Consumer and Retail sector o Global HR Recruitment • hosting and coordinating interviews and board meetings at the Korn Ferry Office and maintaining the organization of the team while tracking the expenses associated with the various steps in the executive search process • Weekly I was also responsible for the creation of our client status reports associated with the update calls, Candidate Assessment reports, the creation of our Engagement Contract and the maintenance of Searcher, the candidate and client database, and Sales Force.
