Daily Duties at Stevelle Construction:
Performed construction project management services including business development, estimating, contracting, and scheduling. Project management completing new construction and tenant improvement projects, private and public works funded, while acting also as superintendent managing subcontractors and construction at times. Oakland International Airport Expansion/ Homeland Security - Contract, coordinate, and manage 32 subcontractors nationwide constructing: Terminal 1 International Ticket Counters with baggage conveyors, security system, Waiting Area, Duty Free Shop, relocations of Security Checkpoints following 9/11 attacks and rental car companies, tenant improvement at Southwest ticket counter and offices. Managed FAA Federal mandated upgrade/installation of detection equipment at checkpoints and baggage areas right after 9/11 attacks. Gray Ave. Middle School Modernization-Yuba City - Division of the State Architect (D.S.A.) Managed complete upgrade of school that remained operational throughout construction.
