Daily Duties at Psd Solutions, Inc.:

Work with others on team and with client to design, program, and support applications for multiple clients at a time. There have been 20 clients at least over the course of 9 years. This position requires the ability to respond to project needs and troubleshoot on demand, putting aside other work and switching client priorities as needed. Can leverage work done on one project to create modules or troubleshoot on another project. Exposure to multiple types of businesses and systems makes me versatile in understanding the way different businesses do things. I have the ability to remember facts and numbers easily, so I can be very responsive and more efficient. Have been able to develop good working relationships when dealing internally and with clients, gaining their trust and developing a rapport. Understand their needs an will follow up without prompting at certain times to make their lives run more smoothly.
