Daily Duties at Bnsf Railway:
The Crew Chief Coordinator provides support to an assigned Division with the BNSF Railway. Managed 2000 miles rail miles. Ensure compliance with FRA mandated safety regulations. Safeguard and ensure accurate, expedient, and safe transport of customer goods. Mitigate and mediate service interruptions to ensure quick return to service and meet or exceed customer expectations. Mediate and resolve conflicts. Training employees and peers in performance and efficiency processes.
