Daily Duties at Qu Vis, Inc.:
This position was the primary owner for the contract manufacturing (CM) supplier relationships and worked closely with Design Engineering and Production Teams: • Purchased raw materials, commercial components, machining and assemblies. • Created change management process to provide communication of BOM's and revisions. • Traveled domestically and internationally to conduct Sales, Marketing and Procurement events. • Implemented a ROHS transitioning team. • Established and maintained the supplier list and capability matrix. • Developed vendor scorecard and measurement program to establish performance metrics. • Identified mid-to-long term risks with supply base and secured alternative sourcing. • Initiated and conducted annual supplier contract negotiations.
