Total spend in excess of $600M for all clients: .• Facilitated supply chain management principles to deliver technical support across all client markets. • Implemented RFP's & RFI's processes and managed suppliers through world-class supply chain practices. • Implemented TCO initiatives, developed and implemented appropriate KPI's. • Coordinate with National, Regional and Local Suppliers to obtain savings and deliverables. • Facilitated audits using ISO 9001: 2015 Standards at 105 locations. • Oversaw material procurement strategies to achieve both OEM and Non-OEM part availability pricing objectives.
