Daily Duties at Medco Health:
Responsible for the coordination of testing and communication of regularly scheduled system releases and new system enhancements. Represented the Fairfield Pharmacy (a pharmacy with 200 pharmacists that processed over 50,000 prescriptions on a daily basis) on network core teams for Standardization, Change Control, Help Desk ticket review and Functional/Business Requirement Document review. Direct interaction with Management Teams both inside and outside of the pharmacy.
