• Prepared all refinery air permit development and compliance assurance programs. In-depth ability to understand and appropriately apply relevant EPA laws to refinery operations. (Includes CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, MACT, DOT, CWA) • Strong advocate and practitioner of effective training tools – Created and led air permitting training at WBU, which was used as a basis for BP Refining & Marketing Segment training.
