Daily Duties at Imerys:
Work in new product development involves individual and team-based research using various minerals and processes. Responsible for leading a product from idea to prototype to scale-up and production. Led 3-5 person teams on scale-up trials and domestic and international customer and partner sites. Responsible for pilot plant including equipment acquisition and maintenance, establishment of safety protocols, and writing and training of standard operating procedures.
