• Temporary Assignment - Engaged external Non-Governmental Organizations and other external groups. Part of complex outreach plan during the refinery expansion air permit process. Liaised with project team, WBU and Government & Public Affairs staff to provide technical advice. • Developed HSSE strategy and HSSE component of refinery WBU strategic business plan
