Daily Duties at Bp:
• Develop and implement new functional global programs aligned to Safety & Operating Risk management and mitigation: OMS; Continuous Improvement; Risk Management; Audit & Assurance; Compliance; Management of Change and Training • Lead for assessing program effectiveness and identifying improvements of all global functional programs. This includes review of key program components: written procedures; process documentation, competency assessment and personnel development. • Line Manager for dispersed team based in multiple countries. • Manage $3.5M budget assuring stakeholder value and effective resource utilization
