Daily Duties at Carriage Services, Inc.:
All SEC reporting including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K and Forms 3 and 4, preparation of earnings and other press releases, responsible for all XBRL tagging of amounts reported in the SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K, responsible for all equity related reporting including management of Section 16 Flier's transaction diaries, filing of all Forms 3 and 4 for all reportable transactions, researched all new accounting policies, determined the effect on the company's reporting, if applicable, and drafted the related disclosures, calculation of all equity related expense and preparation of related journal entries, responsible for all SOX compliance over financial reporting and equity reporting functions, management of financial information reported on our website, coordinated all aspects of the annual audit and quarterly reviews including setting deadlines for the other managers and staff, reviewing and consolidating analytical reviews of the income statement and balance sheet, prepared all schedules for the annual proxy and annual report to shareholders.
