Served as executive committee member/project team leader with full P&L responsibilities for the western United States, developed strategic marketing programs to build a professional services program that would allow PDC to realize multiple sources of revenue and maximize operating gross margins. The immediate goal was to "productize" the IT solution services in order to provide tangible programs for the marketing and sales efforts.
