Lead, design, implement and govern the compliance program for multiple cloud-based services and software products and develop, implement and maintain policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that executive management and engineering teams understand and adhere to regulatory, information security, business continuity and other risk management requirements. This role also provides support and expertise to advise and guide the business lines and operational areas in the evaluation and development of effective compliance controls, monitoring-testing, issues management, program governance, and process improvements as well as support them in the achievement and ongoing maintenance of security certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI, SOC, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and others . Team charter: Ensure every cloud-based service and software product is fully compliant with appropriate regulatory, security/certification standards and internal requirements, using a process which becomes a natural and seamless part of the development rhythm.
