• Managed all marketing activities and business development for five market home improvement franchise along with two other entrepreneurial side businesses. • Recruited to spur business growth through effective leadership of the company’s marketing, business development, sales, advertising and special events. • Create and implemented various marketing/sales/promotional strategies and operating procedures. • Oversee the development of sales and marketing collateral and asset inventory. • Manage staff of 30, including three market managers and three business development specialists.
