Directed global inter-modal shipping operations supporting 455,000 customers and 3.7 million tons of personal property for 44 installations, 24 states and 3 Canadian Provinces. Managed a $4 million personnel budget and $128 million operations and maintenance budget. Lead a team of 102 while overseeing the development and execution of employee training, deployment, evaluations, recognition, succession and equal opportunity programs.
