Daily Duties at Tng Retail Services:

• Manage daily operations of district including merchandiser labor budget, expense budgets, and the TNG merchandising presence at retail store level. Recruit, develop, train and retain diverse and high performing leaders while taking ownership of turnover report to meet and exceed staffing needs. • Territory management of consumer goods retail customers including Giant Eagle, Kroger, Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, Kmart, and other grocery, mass market and specialty chains. • Oversee 8 District Supervisors, 200+ full & part time merchandisers and 1600+ customers. • Manage all district projects including resets, remodels, new store sets, in store plan-o-gram changeovers, promotion set ups • Consistently network for future needs through thoughtful, smart hiring decisions based on skill set and provide ongoing employee development. • Conduct monthly audits with each District Supervisor and provide opportunities for improvement based on sales, presentation, merchandiser’s performance, and store expectations. Develop action plans to identify sales opportunities, customer retention and growth, and improving service standards. • Daily/weekly data mining and analyzing of all reporting areas to ensure subordinates are operating within predetermined compliance standards. • Develop creative sales strategies within district to meet sales quotas of promotions and all product lines. • Review category selection, maintain district category distribution recommendations
