Designed Aerospace interactive training that was accepted into National Apprenticeship Program. Directed all phases of Instructional System Design process. Managed development of animation, authoring, video, audio, and graphics. Implemented creative and motivational learning strategies including gaming to keep interest of students, boost their performance, and increase retention.
