Daily Duties at Sun Life Financial:

Diligently oversaw and guided other department staff as they took on new processes and roles within the department. Processed new pension setups as well as Annuitization setups for annuity accounts going into payout phase by preparing all necessary quotes and paperwork for clients detailing various payout or pension options, setup of client's accounts to begin payments and servicing of accounts. Assigned to QC and sign off on all Pension and Annuitization work by other department staff to ensure all account requests are accurate and correct for client accounts including basic account changes, new payout setups, pension account increases and death claim payouts.
