Provided on-site support to service providers Delaware Life/Sun Life staff, internal auditors, external auditors, and examiners as directed by the CAO to meet Parent Company and NY Subsidiary legal requirements and obligations. Assisted with quarterly and annual statement and supplement filings including input of data and footnotes for company and subsidiaries' statements using various annual statement filing software and systems. Solitary responsibility for assisting Legal and Compliance departments in identifying, researching and responding to data requirements as required by each state as well as any regulatory agencies such as National Association of Insurance Commissioners and FINRA. Prepared annual compliance surveys.
