Daily Duties at Telarix, Inc:

Manage the financial and administrative functions of company. Recommend and implement changes to operational management as required to improve financial performance. Support and take day to day responsibility for closing equity funding from venture capital investors and debt funding (primarily asset based lines of credit) from banks. Improve and maintain the financial forecasting capbilities and establish procedures and processes to streamline the monthly and year end closing processes. Manage relationships with banks, investors and external auditors. Additionally oversee risk management process, being company's representative to insurance providers.
