Daily Duties at Industrial Scientific:
Responsible for increased sales in addition to customer retention and development utilizing variety of traditional and creative methods: • Created and delivered interactive and broadcast web events to worldwide audiences • Advised and trained large, key customers • Increased sales and renewal rates • Implemented webcast tool and integrated with website to market events and automate communication, registration and tracking • Developed and delivered on-site training and web-based training to key distributors in US and Canada. • Identify bugs and improvements through use, observation and customer feedback • Worked with internal teams to articulate and execute improvements • Contributed to new processes for quoting, lead management and reporting • Created Strategic Account Development Program to maximize key nat’l account sales • Manage one of 5 Inside Sales territories in US and Canada - supporting both end-user and distributor customers as well as Outside Sales team members.
