Daily Duties at Industrial Scientific:

Responsible for the retention, sales growth and development of key customers contracted for a comprehensive web-based software, hardware and service safety solution (iNet) for gas-detection. Geographical territory: Northeastern United States and Southern Ontario in Canada. • Facilitated customer understanding/participation in key components of solution to build long-term , high-levels of satisfaction and dependence • Responsible for evaluating evolving customer needs, goals and budgets then specifying optimal and often highly-technical solutions • Managed distributors and activities - including providing technical and sales training • Used professional selling skills to achieve optimal outcomes • Delivered presentations, business reviews and proposals • Delivered formalized (in-person and Web-based) training to users a • Used data, analytics and behavioral information to help customers drive improvements in safety programs and culture - ultimately reducing liability • Utilized CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage accounts, contacts, activities, contracts, opportunities, dashboards, reporting and forecasting • Analyzed and combined data from key systems to uncover trends and solve problems • Coordinated internal and external teams to solve problems and improve service • Delivered contract reviews to senior executives including forecasting & strategic plans • Recommended changes to reduce bugs and meet evolving needs
