Daily Duties at The Disney Stores, Usa:
Ensure maintenance service and quality levels are maintained per contractual agreements and brand standards - Ensure compliance of city and state codes; also landlord, property manager, and mall requirements - Maintain strong field, vendor, and other internal business unit relationships to maximize service, efficiency, and minimize expense - Coordinate invoices and purchase order requests to support Maintenance and other initiatives as required - Administer Maintenance budget, forecasting, accruals, and capital expenditure requests - Coordinate with Field Management and Maintenance Vendors to meet scope of work and scheduling requirements - Support environmental sustainability - Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and audit process for Maintenance - Coordinate with Sourcing and Suppliers for materials to complete projects
