Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance:
• Conducting field inspections on residential property losses in catastrophe and event situations. This included extensive travel throughout the country based on need. • Preparing a detailed estimate for mitigation and or repairs using Xactimate and settling the claim with our customer onsite. • Assisting customers in negotiating fair rebuild cost estimates as well as • handling supplement requests from contractors. • Working with agents to help maintain a consistent voice that speaks for the customer to assure their concerns are met. • Assisting remotely deployed teammates with technical and other issues they may encounter in the field
