Daily Duties at Afpi:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying target markets for different product lines, managing brand across all product lines and corporate initiatives, managing corporate website and social media platform, creating sales collateral and presentations. Managed team of internal and external (independent) sales representatives, developed dashboard and held weekly/biweekly meetings with CEO, CFO, and President to review sales to date, pipeline development, and sales forecasts over a specific time period, held biweekly sales meetings to discuss sales strategies, new sales initiatives, and current sales versus forecasted sales, supported sales staff during their sales efforts by presenting to prospects or current clients. Oversaw entire relationship for targeted national accounts, provided pricing for upcoming projects, established an account manager role within the organization to help support relationship managers/sales, developed quarterly and annual review process for national accounts to align services with client goals, cross-sold products and services into national accounts.
