Daily Duties at Sprint Corporation:
Accountable for developing and implementing complex communications strategies, initiatives and tactics that drive external and internal stakeholder awareness of Sprint’s commitment to achieve product excellence, competition, innovation, customer experience, employees and community. Skillfully contribute to public relations campaigns with regards to corporate objectives to productively impact business and consumer sales, public affairs, network, as well as products and service offerings, attaining optimum customer satisfaction, corporate social responsibility and crisis management. Generate and employ programs to protect Sprint’s reputation, serving as spokesperson in traditional and social media, providing strategic corporate communications counsel, while integrating cross-functionally. Competently provide technical support and troubleshooting, ensure escalation process is followed, conduct real-time monitoring, while also manage hierarchy and user profiles, address training and communication challenges and confirm courses are assigned and consistent with expectations and training goals. Administered budget, established supplier relation, decreased credit adjustments by approving, and processing adjustments requests for high end customers, monitor call centers’ adjustment activity, simultaneously act as the Project Manager responsible for supervising teams progress, improve team efficiency and eliminate redundancy.
