Daily Duties at Med Essentials:

Responsible for full sales cycle, establishing contact and solidifying relationships with Administrators and key clinical decision-makers of Hospitals, homecare agencies, skilled nursing facilities and wound clinics throughout all of Connecticut. Provide initial and ongoing education to clinicians (surgeons, nurses & staff) of product features, distinctions and utilization. Oversee clinical progress of patients, documentation and ensure clinical staff reach the most efficient healing result using breadth of NPWT products and supplies in conjunction with Group I & II Support Surfaces if necessary. Organize and perform all in-services to prioritize patient comfort, fiscal efficiency and continuity of care. Collect all Medicare/Medicaid authorization documentation to relieve nursing staff of this time-consuming process.
