Daily Duties at Disneyland Resort:
Receive, Triage, and Dispatch urgent calls for work or repairs requested to appropriate craft for disposition from all lines of business operating within the Disneyland Resort. Receive critical attraction downtimes, produce park appropriate radio all calls, and create tracking work orders for documentation. Interface with operations management to resolve issues with time status of resort attractions.
