Daily Duties at Ventech Solutions:
Project managing the launch from ground up integrated NOC-SOC for Health Care Quality Information System for CMS. Providing NOC-SOC operations support process documentation, staffing, organizational culture development in accordance with corporate objectives. Conducting groundwork for establishment of “wiki” based consolidation of all process documents. Responsible for scheduling of various operational and program deliverables for assumption of responsibility in 4Q2015.
