Daily Duties at Sprint:
• Performed eCSFB parameter audits for STA and ALU, prepared and distributed parameter compliance reports to field RF teams for further clean-up action. Worked with NE teams to operationalize their reporting structure and helped in report reconciliation. • Analysed 2.5 GHz LTE TDD network performance for multi-band cluster optimization for ALU • Generated maps for various KPIs (accessibility, sustainability, throughput and congestion) to illustrate network performance • Providing support to senior engineers in parameter data extraction for network monitoring and troubleshooting
