Daily Duties at Comcast:

• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Comcast’s national outdoor Wi-Fi network of 60000+ Ericsson access points • Headed a Qualcomm Wi-Fi testing project on Comcast’s Wi-Fi network in Philadelphia, testing for coverage, throughput and mobility • Identified possible areas for improvement based on testing and prepared a post-completion report for reporting to higher management • Transitioned the team’s reporting needs from Excel to Tableau to automate database connections and mapping/reporting • Designed a Wi-Fi survey kit for Comcast after analysing multiple vendor solutions for feature set and ease of use • Responsible for handling network performance impacting escalations during Pope Visit to Philadelphia as rotational on-call resource
