Daily Duties at Verizon:
Manage account base; bill $4M in revenue, while exceeding monthly quotas. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and prospect for new business development. Work in tandem with my customers to achieve their communication goals, by designing private networks, managing installations, and servicing billing needs. Add value to customers by recommending the possibility and benefits of moving to a hosted and VoIP platform.
