Daily Duties at Elms College:
Organize, develops and administers all phases of the men's golf program. Planning of overall goals, organizing practices and game management. Teaching skills and providing sport specific knowledge.Develops a safe andeffective training and competitive environment for student athletes. Recruiting academically qualified golf p;layers via commonly used methods such as email,telephone, mail,invitational visibility, etc. Ensuring NCAA, ECAC, NECC rules and regulations. Working with the Director of Athletics in department promotion, planning and public relations Display a sincere concern for student athlete welfare. Responsible for budget management of the Golf programin regard for ordering equipment and supplies. Demonstrating excellent leadership, positive role model, organizational and interpersonal skills. Maintain a collaborative relationship and op[en communications with student athletes, Athletic Department Coaches and the Director of Athletics. Demonstrate commitment to Elms College policies and regulations. NCAA regulations and Title IX. Commitment to build a successful and respected Division III program.
