Daily Duties at Weatherford International :
Managed two frac crew including 24-30 operators and 6 supervisors. Applied extensive leadership skills to motivate all crews to go above and beyond customer’s expectations. Resolved all operational issues. Interact with customer, send updates to management, work with final tickets, spotting equipment, and setting up location before crew arrived.
