Responsible for : Internal reporting & accounting Inventory control, sales audit, accounts payable as well as part of Shared Service Executive Leadership team designed to create the vision & mission of the LBrands new multi brand shared services company. -Made certain internal reports & analysis (both financial statements & management reports) were accurate, timely and compliant with GAAP for end users including Executive management, Corporate Financial reporting & tax, as wells internal and external auditors -Worked directly with planning & budgeting departments to forecast monthly and seasonal projections -Managed SOX review to ensure key controls (disclosure & financial controls) were appropriate and monitored to make certain financial statements were fairly stated -Reported actual results and budget variances on yearly $250 million marketing spend for Victoria's Secret Brands. Supported the creation of a project accounting module within SAP to better manage marketing spend by theme -Provided seasonal shrink analysis to the VS brands identifying opportunities for savings -Managed the reconciliation of Victoria's Secret Beauty inventory production from the purchase of raw materials to finished goods
