Worked independently and with lead designer on new product designs of pedestals and controllers for niche markets. Provided design support in aesthetic upgrades to legacy products in production. Self-directed to act as project manager on Maxcalibur Controller, leading weekly team meetings, maintain weekly meeting minutes, project scheduling and reporting to senior leadership at Tollgate meetings. Assigned to multiple Rapid Action Teams to identify root cause and corrective actions to production issues.
